i have an idea to stop rape cases and gives 10 lakhs jobs to indian peoples

it is true not joke.if indian govt said ok of my idea which stop rape cases in our country and given 10 lakhs jobs to indian peoples.from my idea there is nothing any one comments on girls and does not harrshments girls any teachers in schools.
